Great buying experience I came in and checked out the new 2018 Honda Pilot. My salesman at Napelton Honda was Florian. Once I found the lowest price I decided to go back to Napelton and see Florian. I figured it would be fair to go back and give him a chance to match the price. I wanted to buy a car from them because they were my local dealer. Florian talked with his supervisor and they decided that they would match the price. They didn’t have the car I wanted in stock but they did end up finding one. I would definitely buy a car from them again More

I just so happened to get transferred to Casey when I called to question the price of a vehicle and I got way more than what I expected. She was inviting, patient and answered all of my questions. I will always check with her when I’m ready to purchase any vehicles, as this was the most pleasant sales experience I’ve ever had.
