With our third baby on the way, we'd decided that our Pilot (which we purchased two years prior) was not going to be the best vehicle for our family. Having only owned the Pilot for two years, I figured that the depreciation of the Pilot would have us in a bad spot financially, but I was wrong. The dealership gave us a good price on our trade and offered a deal far below what I'd expected on the Odyssey. We didn't even have to negotiate (and yes, I've since compared my deal to what other people are paying for the Odyssey, and I haven't found a better deal than what we got). The whole process was smooth and Mike was able to get my wife exactly what she wanted, even though she had very specific requests. We were never nudged into anything we didn't want, and the process was easier than I could have imagined. More
