He worked with Jeff who sold him an auto at a ridiculously high rate, my father has good credit. Within weeks of purchasing the car it was obvious my father was not right. Within a week of purchase my dad was exhibit signs of cognitive issues. In good faith we immediately contacted the dealership with an intent to return the car. We were very open to negotiating a solution. Their requirements were ridiculous!!, clearly no integrity. More

EXPLOIT ELDERS WITH DEMENTIA If zero stars was an option it would of been selected. One star is much too generous. Sold a vehicle to an elder person with dementia and took advantage of their inability to reason and understand the perimeters of the horrible deal. The buyer had good credit at a time when rates are offered at near zero percent; they sold the vehicle at 7.25% for 84 months and took $3000 dollars down. Within a week we contacted the dealership and explained that are father has dementia and was not of sound mind when the vehicle was purchased. They assured us that they wanted to make things right and would work with us in returning the vehicle. I understand its a business and we would be out some money however they proceeded to tell us we would have to pay $4600 additional dollars on top of the $3000 which was already given to them for a down payment! They want us to pay $7600 and return a car which was only driven lees then a week? Which they will turn around probably sell to another senior out of sorts. Is this making it right? When they obviously knew he wasn't of sound mind in the first place! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE PLACE THRIVE ON ELDERS, VERY LOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR!!!! BUYER BEWARE, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! More

New CR-V EX-L I've purchased 5 Honda's over the years from Napleton. I keep going back because of their exceptional Sales and Service departments. It has been 6 y I've purchased 5 Honda's over the years from Napleton. I keep going back because of their exceptional Sales and Service departments. It has been 6 years since my last purchase, so when it was time to trade in my 2014 Odyssey, the first thing I did was call Chris Loch. I decided to down size to a CR-V EX-L since I no longer needed a van. Chris arranged for Sales Representative John Vang to work with us. He was very professional and provided a hands on demonstration of the CR-V on the road, explaining all the features etc. We sat down with John and picked our options of mats, cargo liner etc. The Door Guards had to be ordered, but John had Russ Burkart from Service, meet with us and he arranged to have all the options that were available, installed now. He also got the information on the door guards and immediately ordered for overnight delivery. We were then introduced to Jim Schaffer, their financial person, who handled all the paper work. He also did an outstanding job. He was quick and provided all the necessary detail required to complete the transaction. The next morning I got a call from Russ Burkart stating that my Door Guards were in and they were installed that afternoon. Buying a car from Napleton is a lot fun. Even my wife enjoys it. More

Unproffesional and extremely rude employees I purchased a vehicle through Napleton Honda Loves Park IL approximately one year ago. I purchased the warranty that was offered with my 18 Honda CRV. I purchased a vehicle through Napleton Honda Loves Park IL approximately one year ago. I purchased the warranty that was offered with my 18 Honda CRV. Today, I picked up a nail in my tire and had to take it to Napleton Honda Loves Park, IL. I waited for about 1 hour and 15 minutes for the tire to be replaced. I was ok with waiting however, when they asked if I wanted a car wash when it was complete, I simply asked the service tech. that I do not receive one since I had waited a couple hours for the tire already. This is when the service advisor Tammy stood up and corrected me and said it has only been 1 hour and 15 minutes since the paper was time stamped. I proceeded to state that I stand corrected and still do not want to wait for a car wash since the service took 1 hour and 15 minutes. She then laughed and said it took so long because “It was free” . Please keep in mind that this was not free since I paid Thousands of dollars for the warranty. I felt this was terrible customer service and Tammy was VERY rude considering that I was in fact a PAYING customer. This is not how customers should be treated and I would not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. Unprofessional More
