Unfortunately, I did not have a positive service experience at Naples Mazda. The service department seems severely understaffed given their current workload. I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning experience at Naples Mazda. The service department seems severely understaffed given their current workload. I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning and never received a call, text or email about the status of the car. Calls to the service department go unanswered and there was no response to messages left for my service advisor. Hearing nothing, I drove out to the dealership on Saturday to get the car. No diagnosis was available for the issues I was having, and no repairs had been made. The car was a mess from sitting in the back of the dealership all week and I had to spend some time removing tree sap and water spots from the paint. I hope Naples Mazda is able to adequately staff its service department in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend servicing your Mazda here. More
