Not happy. Charged additional $195 for “one hour diagnostic” which should have been an easily resolved issue. Reported loose oil pan which likely was the result of them not properly tightening it at last oil change aprox 3000 miles ago. They were unable to replace/repair drivers side seat belt which I have asked about now for more than 2 years. Instead they “cleaned” it now it retracts even less than before. More
