Traveled two hours to purchase a used vehicle. While in route to dealership was notified someone else was looking at vehicle. Upon arrival was informed other person had left and not purchased vehi While in route to dealership was notified someone else was looking at vehicle. Upon arrival was informed other person had left and not purchased vehicle so continued to move forward with deal. Took very short drive in vehicle told salesman I wanted the vehicle and started process. Suddenly I am told they are going to sell vehicle to person who had left dealership without purchasing because they were repeat customers instead of me. When I asked if there was a contract or deposit on the vehicle I was told no but the previous looker had texted back and changed their mind after I arrived. In my 40+ years of purchasing automobiles I have never had or even heard of this being done. Scott Roland promised to find me another vehicle like the one I was buying within two days and stated he had someone already looking. I now feel this was a method of getting me out of the dealership because one week later and of course not a word. Be careful if traveling to purchase at Naples Infiniti or even purchasing here the word of this dealership means nothing. More
