Fantastic!!!! Nothing but the best!! I was looking for a specific vehicle and Naples Jeep happened to have the exact one I was looking for. Jim put some numbers together for me and made contacting Naples Jeep very easy. I had some questions and Mr. David Landi stepped in and worked tirelessly to answer all of my questions and was able to get me a fair price for my trade. I did not even have to haggle over the price of the vehicle I wanted. Mr. Landi found some extra rebate money for me and arranged for me to get a fantastic interest rate from a lender they work closely with. The interest rate was just as good if not better than what I had received on my own. I am a USAA member and Mr. Landi honored the discount I receive through USAA and actually beat it. I could not have asked for a better experience. I live two hours away from Naples and Naples Jeep with Jim and David Landi made everyhting so simple. They were able to work with me from home so I did not have to waste a lot of time at the dealership. I asked for some acessories to be installed on the vehicle prior to comming into pick up my new vehicle and they made it happen. saved me a lot of time and money dealing with Naples Jeep. I will most definitely returnto purchase a new car in the future. Above and Beyond I recently brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service and, upon my return home, I discovered that the issue was not completely resolved. I immedia I recently brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service and, upon my return home, I discovered that the issue was not completely resolved. I immediately called the Service Department and spoke to my service rep, Lauren, who assured me that she would take care of the problem. Lauren recommended that I leave the car for a thorough inspection and, with that, graciously offered me a loaner at their expense. Lauren kept in touch with me every step of the way, and I'm happy to say the issue has been resolved at no additional cost. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I arrived somewhat early but was greeted immediately by an attendant and was taken to the service office. Met with Pawel Bartnicki who reviewed what services were to be performed, cost for oil change and how long it would take. The services were to be completed at noon. When I returned at noon the car was ready and Pawel escorted me to the billing center and completed all the paperwork. A very professional experience. More
