My salesman, Edd Green, was wonderful. He listened to my needs and he was very thourough and respectful. He explained the entire process to me and was very prompt about returning my calls or texts. He was professional in everyway and was not pushy but was consistant and eager to assist me as a car buyer. He always made me feel like I was important as a customer at the dealership. I will highly recommend him and purchase again from Toyota of Union City because of him and other staff members as well. The other staff members who played a crucial role in completing the sale were the two receptionists: Joyce Gay and Kelly Shaw. They exempilfied excellent customer service skills and were always pleasant and helpful. Once, I came on a day my salesman wasnt in and two salesmen greeted me and introduced themselves, they were Andrew Bernard and Evan Allen. They were so incredibly nice and accomodating and wanted to make sure I was ok even though they weren't my sales person.They really impressed me. After choosing my car I met with Melanie Thomas who was a joy to work with. She was so motivating and had a way of putting you at ease. Her sense of humor was also welcoming after the whole process of choosing the right car, etc. In the finace dept., Matt Nichols is so personable that you felt like you knew him for years. He never deviated from his duties and he was very respectful and organized. And last, but certainly not least, Mike Siaz is the man who pulled it all together, from the beginning of my positive experience at Toyota of Union City, to the end. He stayed on top of everything like he promised and constantly checked on me to make sure all was well. He is amazing and I truly have the utmost respect for him. Toyota is lucky to have him and the great team that I personally worked with that helped in the purchase of my new 2012 Toyota Yaris. I purchased a used vehicle that needed major repairs to it's Hybrid system. Mr. Chapman held my hand to let me know that they could repair the car and that it really was not too bad.
