I gave the dealership a five because the personnel at the dealership is knowledgeable and friendly. We could appreciate the service department for pointing out the difference in prices. I moved here from Warner Robins, Georgia and I always got my car serviced at Butler Toyota. My car is ten years old and it still drives very well and that is because of the service that is provided by Toyota dealerships. More

Atlanta Toyota and the Newnan Toyota do not compare to the personal attention that we received at Union City. Atlanta Toyota let us walk out the door without trying to work a deal we were happy with. We went to Union City and bought a vehicle that evening. We walked in at closing and were there until after 11:00 p.m. Their number one goal was to find the right vehicle, the right price and a payment we could afford. Bought a double cab Tacoma for the less than the other dealers quoted us on access cab and included more options. In 2006 I originally went in to buy a Camry and came home with an Avalon. It was used but only 3 years old and was in immaculate condition and am still in love with the car today. You will find that they do not want you to walk out the door without making sure they have exhausted every option available to you. I also found out that a friend of my daughter bought a Scion two weeks earlier and the a Toyota dealership south of Union City let him walk. He went to Union City and purchased a Scion. They found the vehicle with the color and options he wanted in another state and had it shipped to Union City where they did the financing. He was also a first time car buyer. They are not pushy but they will work with the customer until they have found the vehicle and financing that the customer is satisfied with. They will go the extra mile and do the extra work. I cannot say enough about Key Inoma, sales, Shawn Foster, finance and Ed Green. They were not interested in going home, they were interested in making us a good deal. Thank you guys so much. More
