I live 90 miles away and traveled there only because the dealer told me they had a specific model of a sienna. I called the morning of and was told it was still there. Arrived at the dealership for an app dealer told me they had a specific model of a sienna. I called the morning of and was told it was still there. Arrived at the dealership for an appointment time and waited 30 minutes to talk to a salesman. Then I found out that they never had the sienna model I was looking forward. The sales manager tried to smooth things over, but I felt like I needed to take a showere after dealing with him. Terrible experience --- would never ever.....ever recommend this dealer. More
