Worst dealership experience I have ever had in my life!!! Me and my husband were looking for 2014 Tundra limited edition and Akeem Ogiste was the salesman who greeted us upon arrival to the dealership. This salesman was so poorly trained on his work and products that he supposed to sell that he told us clearly that he did not know anything about Tundra! I wish he told us that up front before taking us here and there around the lot wasting our time!!! It also showed explicitly that he was now even aware of where is what in the lot. In addition, when we told him that we were interested in limited edition, he kept on showing us SR5 model and even told us that SR5 is beneath Platinum model. I am a female customer but I am not that stupid to not know what is what. I was just amazed how a person like that can be working on the lot attending the customers. This experience made me have different look at this dealership and I will never ever recommend this place to any of my family, friends and other people!! More
