We were impressed with the fresh fruits, rolls and coffee. Ronald Steele treated the both of us like family. There was just something beyond just the sell of the car that comforted us about him. He could feel that we had been burn so many times and felt hopeless; but told us not only about our situation he showed us a future way of not making the same mistakes about continuing to have bad credit. Again he looked at the whole picture of who we were and not just our present circumstances. When I realized that he had helped me to purchased my first new car at age 58 I cried. However, I must say that my experience at Toyota of Union city started out with me feeling that I was being HUSTLE! by a promotional marketing service that Toyota had at the site at the time I was looking to purchase my new truck. So I walked away with no intention of returning and taking my money elsewhere. However, that quickly changed by a sale professional name Julio Narvaez. He contacted me as a follow up a few days later. I explained my feeling about doing business there. And he apologized and asked me to come in, so we can sit down and discuss my needs, which I agreed to do. Now, I am going to sum up my experience with Julio “OUTSTANDING SERVICE - WOW!”. He stated that he would work hard to get me into the vehicle that I needed with a payment that I can afford on a 2015 Tundra. I must say, he did work hard and in all cases when things seem that it was going outside my favor, he turn it around and deliver my needs without dropping the ball or going back on his commitment to deliver OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I was so happy with the service and my new truck, that contacted him a few days later to purchase another vehicle for my wife. Once again the service was OUTSTANDING, with payments I can afford. I purchase a Camry. My wife and kids were so happy with the purchase.
