As I was leaving I was NOT in a happy mood,I traveled all the way from NORTH DAKOTA specifically to purchase from home state, I received a call from TOYOTA as I was in route to lunch (yes it took the other dealership that long), greeted professionally by Ms.Ethel was nice, at 1st we got off to a rocky start because they didn't have the used vehicle I wanted. I was up and almost out the door for real! Upset once again! Ms Ethel convinced me I deserved a NEW vehicle that would hold value out the door and if I decided to trade it in the future!
