My Poor experience ( Shannon Smith ) 2016 Toyota Corolla I came into the dealership and had a lovely experience with Malanie Salim trying to purchase a car. I was suppose to be purchasing a car with my name I came into the dealership and had a lovely experience with Malanie Salim trying to purchase a car. I was suppose to be purchasing a car with my name on the car and my father as a co signer but when my father received the paper work it was only my father's name on the paper. Within 5 days I received a call from my father stating he was not signing the papers because my daughter is the one purchasing the car not me. I also received a call the same day stating I needed to return the car or it will be repossessed. I was really hurt by this situation and very upset because I wasn't given a chance to purchase the car in my own name. I would like to know is there going to be something done about this situation because you can just do this to someone. Everyone doesn't have perfect credit and should be given a chance to purchase a car with little or no money down. It was Toyota of Union City screw up not mine. More

I've quit doing business with other dealers because of the way their sales departments handle the process of purchasing, i.e. evasive on supplying loan rate information, or trying to sell me features I don't want, or insisting I finance through them. Well, Toyota of Union City does not hassle you at closing! I find that refreshing. More
