Had an unpleasant maintenance experience. It took almost 5 hours for an oil change, air filter change, and alignment. After the long wait, the alignment issue was still not fixed (I honestly It took almost 5 hours for an oil change, air filter change, and alignment. Reached out via email, and phone, and I was told (by “Ashley” a rep) that a service manager (“Derby”) will get back to me, that they were assisting another customer at the time when I called (this call was at 1:22PM). Almost 24 hours later, I have still not gotten a call back. My email that I sent immediately after the “service” has still not been replied. I have been there for my 5k, 10k, 15k, and 25k mile services. I actually drive 30 minutes just to get there. After this unpleasant 30k service, I will not be going back! For full disclosure I was offered a $75 credit for the wait, but with the added neglect it feels like I should have rejected it all together. More

I bought my car under a year ago and I just scheduled my first service with Nalley. They are awful at returning calls and my service experience has been terrible.
