But then Paul Williams reached out, and from that moment on, everything was smooth sailing. I contacted Paul on Thursday to get my process started because my schedule is crazy—I’m only in town for two days at a time, so I don’t have the luxury of multiple dealership visits. Paul made it easy. I was able to find my car online, schedule the appointment, and start the paperwork all before walking in. When I got to the dealership, the process was fast and efficient—within two hours, I was driving away in my new 2025 Toyota Corolla with ZERO money down. Had an unpleasant maintenance experience. It took almost 5 hours for an oil change, air filter change, and alignment. After the long wait, the alignment issue was still not fixed (I honestly It took almost 5 hours for an oil change, air filter change, and alignment. After the long wait, the alignment issue was still not fixed (I honestly wonder if any work was done at all). Reached out via email, and phone, and I was told (by “Ashley” a rep) that a service manager (“Derby”) will get back to me, that they were assisting another customer at the time when I called (this call was at 1:22PM). Almost 24 hours later, I have still not gotten a call back. My email that I sent immediately after the “service” has still not been replied. I have been there for my 5k, 10k, 15k, and 25k mile services. I actually drive 30 minutes just to get there. After this unpleasant 30k service, I will not be going back! For full disclosure I was offered a $75 credit for the wait, but with the added neglect it feels like I should have rejected it all together. More
