I was very upset when the service person tricked me into spending $600 + and trying to charge me $900+. He told me the cost of the part was $90. I repeated $90 I can handle that. When I came to pick up m spending $600 + and trying to charge me $900+. He told me the cost of the part was $90. I repeated $90 I can handle that. When I came to pick up my car he said $946. When I asked for the manager he started reducing the price but still 300% over what i expected to pay. Lesson learned. More

Took way too long for oil change. I booked online for 8:40 am. When I arrived at 8:30 am service advisor said I was scheduled for 8:00 am!!!!!!
