I have a apartment with a service department to get a all change on Saturday. When went in a low earlier waited, 2 hours for my vehicle. No one never came to tell me it was ready. Nathan, it's done without there talking. When I asked him whether my vehicle ready, he said give me 2 seconds. He just wrung me up and my vehicle was ready sitting in the back. Loved my sales agent however with less than 100 miles on my car i noticed a mark on the hood that was exactly where the bow was on the car. Poor communication as to what was going on with my vehicle. I came in for an oil change. I was informed after 4 hours that an issue had been found. When I sent a text message to the number of the Serv vehicle. I came in for an oil change. I was informed after 4 hours that an issue had been found. When I sent a text message to the number of the Service Specialist to get an update about what was going on, I never got a reply. I was also not updated about what was going on until I went out to check with the service technician who checked me in. Since it was by then the end of the day, I had to go back the next day to have the work done. I was told that the work would take about 3 hours. I arrived at 7:35AM and once again was not provided with any updates. I did not leave the dealership until well after 2:00PM. I totally understand that things may happen, but communication is key with the customer - let the customer know what is going on. The customer should not have to go back outside to ask the status; it should be provided to them automatically. More
