My car had a recall. Horrible appalling extremely poor way to treat any customer I’ve had to call corporate Toyota three times filing a claim and I still cannot get this xxxxxx car inspection The state of New York is sending the email reminders to inspect it When I bring it to an inspection station, they say it’s red flagged and unsafe to drive Driven I could be stopped and ticketed. My appointment was for8am. I dropped my car off the night before. At 10:30 I hadn't heard anything, so I called. It still wasn't in the shop yet. The attempt to replace parts that did not need to be replaced caused be to rethink where I will be taking my vehicles for repair in the future! Got the job done elsewhere for half the cost. My experience at Nye Toyota was wonderful, Eric Brockway was wonderful answered all my questions was very helpful and so kind. We test drove one of the RAV4‘s. He made me feel very at ease.
