I have one issue. The valve stem caps I had on all 4 tires were like welded on. While the service was timely and complete I was very disappointed with the fact that my 2020 RAV4 with 28000 miles needed front and rear brakes in order to pass inspection. I purchased a used non-Toyota vehicle and when I went to pick up my vehicle only then did they realize that they had drained the battery while prepping the car and so I had to wait while they charged it and pick up my vehicle only then did they realize that they had drained the battery while prepping the car and so I had to wait while they charged it and make sure the battery held charge otherwise I would have had to wait while they replaced the battery. They did not have the front license plate attached as they did not have the right holder to attach it nor had they ordered one prior to me picking up the car so I have to wait for them to get it delivered. I found a dent/paint chip in the drivers side that was not there previously meaning that they did it while working on the car. If I hadn’t mentioned it, they would not have. Only then did they offer to have someone come out to me to fix it. Before I could even get the car home, the low engine oil light came on. I then had to drive the car back to the dealership the very next day (I live an hour away) so the service team could look at it because they had said that they changed the oil recently. They find that an oil leak that they said they had fixed, wasn’t completely fixed. So I had to leave the car that I had for barely 24hrs for the weekend so they could fix it correctly this time. They gave me a loaner car and since I picked up the car again I have not had an issue but the trust is lost. I had already given them a sizable down payment and financed even more so I would have expected the car to have been gone over thoroughly before I picked it up and it’s clear they barely did anything. It’s too bad because everyone I spoke with was very nice and the loaner car they gave me was a great drive and I could see myself purchasing one as my next vehicle. But it certainly won’t be from NYE. I’m still not convinced I won’t have issues with the car but fingers crossed. Not sure if they’re this careless with their Toyota vehicles but it’s pretty clear they don’t care much about non-Toyota vehicles. More
