Sales person seemed new without basic knowledge of even what the basic warranty of 3 years/ 36k miles was on a Toyota. It took 5 days for finance to get back to me with a contract, again new( his first day what the basic warranty of 3 years/ 36k miles was on a Toyota. It took 5 days for finance to get back to me with a contract, again new( his first day. This held up my financing. When picking up the vehicle, it took 3 people to answer a simple question about charging. Then it had not been charged prior to pick up. More
