Michael the salesman was excellent & very knowledgeable. Very unprofessional. Added some LoJack equipment told me Michael would explain which is not Michael’s job to do. Come to find out I need to come back to have something installed. The finance guy was more in a hurry to get me out the door to scam more people than to value my time as a brand new customer. Never did a breakdown of the financing I left so pissed & frustrated bc he truly doesn’t have a clue how to do his job or treat customers. I worked in the car industry for 12 yrs & never have a seen such a xxxxshow. I expect a call from the owners bc I truly feel I was taken arvanatage of the finance guy More

It took about an hour for the NYS inspection. I understand that dealerships have a time frame they need to work in but I saw my car done for about 15 minutes before anyone came to get me cashed o I understand that dealerships have a time frame they need to work in but I saw my car done for about 15 minutes before anyone came to get me cashed out.
