Happy with the personnel, but I found it very difficult to get in touch with anyone over the phone using a variety of direct and general numbers. I think NYE would benefit greatly by hiring a good receptio to get in touch with anyone over the phone using a variety of direct and general numbers. I think NYE would benefit greatly by hiring a good receptionist to answer and redirect callers or let them know that the person I am trying to contact is busy or not in and let me know that someone will call me back. While the service was timely and complete I was very disappointed with the fact that my 2020 RAV4 with 28000 miles needed front and rear brakes in order to pass inspection.
