I ask for the tires not to be rotated and they did. My back lug nuts are scratched up and they were tightened to over 120 foot pounds of torque. The manufacturer recommends 76 foot pounds of torque. I also asked for them to look at the drain holes and ensure they are still open after having undercoating updated. When my car was done there was nothing written on the receipt and she said they would have noted it if they saw any concerns. I don’t think they even checked to see if the drain holes are open. Unfortunately, overall I was very disappointed with this appointment. More

Just was super helpful and knowledgeable! I explained that when my bumper was recently replaced as part of a recall some bolts/nuts had been left unsecured.
