MY NAME IS KIM DUFF. MY EMAIL IS MONKEY1541@AOL.COM, THE SAME EMAIL THAT YOU SENT THIS TO AND THAT NYE SENDS ME EMAILS, SO I DONT KNOW WHY IT ISNT IN YOUR DATABASE. MY CONCERN IS THAT THE MOLDING WAS NOT LOOSE WHEN I TOOK IT IN FOR A OIL CHANGE. PLUS MY VEHICLE IS ONLY 7 MONTHS. AND SINCE THIS ISSUE IS HAPPENING TO ALL OF THESE SAME VEHICLES, THEN WHY ISNT IT UNDER WARRARTY. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SAY THAT MY SURVEY WAS NOT DIRECTED TOWARDS ANDREW, HE IS JUST DOING HIS JOB. My name is Patty Keller & my phone number is 315-374-0515 1st. They didn't solve the issues I was (& still am) having. 2nd they recommend new tires (the ones I have are only a year old) 3rd they told me my wipers needed changing (all of them). My problem with that is my front wipers were replaced late spring & my rear one in June. They recommended an oil change when one was done at the end of July. I was irritated, to say the least, by all of these unnecessary recommendations that had the potential of costing me in the area of $1500. We are on a fixed income & can't affored to spend money unnecessarily. There was also quite a few other things that they recommended (but considering the first 3 items I don't trust them) & when I mentioned that we were on a fixed income I was told that there are payment plans. I truly resent the way I was treated.
