Excellent service department! Got left with some mechanical problems on a used 2020 EcoDiesel I bought at another local CDJR dealer that they were "supposed" to fix. They never Got left with some mechanical problems on a used 2020 EcoDiesel I bought at another local CDJR dealer that they were "supposed" to fix. They never did and gave me the run around. Andrew (and their best technician) helped troubleshoot the problems and is in the process of ordering the parts and will be taking care of a recall that the truck needs. Due to the size of the job, Andrew is going to get me a loaner vehicle when the parts come in. If it's true that RAM is coming out with a 2025 RAM Heavy Duty Cummins Turbo Diesel truck with the ZF Powerline 8 speed transmission, I will be sure to order it through NYE CDJR and use them in the future for both sales and service. If anything changes, I'll be sure to update the review. More

Everyone was curtious and helpful,. I was offered coffee and service was excellent, I didn't have to wait an excessive length of time and the waiting area was comfortable. Thank you!
