NYE Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

I think they know what they’re doing for sure, but I bought my truck and shortly after it was jumpy so they told me it was something not covered on the extra plan I paid for so I paid and they fixed it. bought my truck and shortly after it was jumpy so they told me it was something not covered on the extra plan I paid for so I paid and they fixed it. It definitely had that issue, the truck went from loud to dead silent. But this skipping and jumping is still occurring, I hope they make it right because I pay to much to have the answer be “we can’t have a tech just ride around until they feel it” I’m paying for exactly that and to have it fixed. I plan to call again in the next couple weeks when I have time and I hope they make it right. My wife is having our baby so that will have to wait. More

We were told no appt was needed for an oil change. There were two cars ahead of us. The employee took all the info and said it would be about an hour. Not sure it was even that long. They changed the oil, rotated the tires and checked other things. Some one from the office came out and asked if she could make us a pot of coffee, which we declined. The cleaning lady chatted with us while she worked. When the Jeep was done it was brought around by the door. Very pleasant experience. More

Came in with a front suspension problem. They found problems with the rear suspension but neglected the remaining problem in the front. Not really happy about the diagnosis. Andrew Trombley was very helpful & personable. He quoted my prices for tires and mud flaps for my Grand Cherokee.
