MY NAME IS KIM DUFF. MY EMAIL IS MONKEY1541@AOL.COM, THE SAME EMAIL THAT YOU SENT THIS TO AND THAT NYE SENDS ME EMAILS, SO I DONT KNOW WHY IT ISNT IN YOUR DATABASE. MY CONCERN IS THAT THE MOLDING WAS NOT LOOSE WHEN I TOOK IT IN FOR A OIL CHANGE. PLUS MY VEHICLE IS ONLY 7 MONTHS. AND SINCE THIS ISSUE IS HAPPENING TO ALL OF THESE SAME VEHICLES, THEN WHY ISNT IT UNDER WARRARTY. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SAY THAT MY SURVEY WAS NOT DIRECTED TOWARDS ANDREW, HE IS JUST DOING HIS JOB.
