They had us pay for a $400 tranny flush to rule the vibration out in our transmission before we could move further to have the warranty ran out on the drive Tran so we did then they set up an appointme vibration out in our transmission before we could move further to have the warranty ran out on the drive Tran so we did then they set up an appointment to diagnose the issue and instead of doing that they had our truck for 2 days never called us we had to call them in the mean time we had no vehicle for them to say if we did not diagnose it we had our tech of 30 years drive it and say he doesn’t see an issue!!! We will not be dealing with Nye anymore we have taken it elsewhere to be fix under our warranty since they couldn’t be bothered to even look and leave us without a rental or a vehicle More

We had 2 different transactions with NYE. At the first one, we were scheduled for 12 o'clock. We didn't see the main person until 2:20. This was extremely unacceptable. We traded it in for a 2025 GMC Sierra with a bigger engine. On our way home we noticed that the bed cover was not the one we ordered and paid for. We called Lenny Babcock when we got home. We had to leave a voicemail on his phone asking him to call us ASAP. He never did return our call. We called him again 4 days later and he did not acknowledge our message. He said that a new cover would be arriving in 2 days along with the emergency fuel funnel that was missing. He said it would be installed at the original price we paid with no further charges. More
