Why I have a new car and no excitment I was there because the engine blew in our last Hyundai, I had some negative equity from the earlier trade and only agreed to by a new car because it I was there because the engine blew in our last Hyundai, I had some negative equity from the earlier trade and only agreed to by a new car because it met my needs. The. Sales staff were fine but at the end the finance guy sticks me with, oh, you have to pay a 1000.00 or give up the rebate for the leather. That ruined my whole experience. SO now I drive a new car and feel nothing at all, It is a lesser car than I had...but new My wife was in tears. When I go to restaurants and the food and or service is bad I still tip 20%....but I never go back. Everytime I get in that car and sit on cloth seats I can only think of the guy sticking me for the 1000.00 and that is all I can think of and he did it at the very end of the deal. So it is safe to say that I am driving the last Hyundai ever and by the way I have a credit score of around 800 More

He was very polite and respectful to us. He found the car I wanted right away and guided us thru the whole process of getting it. He took the time to show us me how to work everything on the car! Wouldn’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership unless you are satisfied with high pressure sales personnel, degrading comments if you don’t buy that day you visit, and no after sale acknowledgement as a customer. I was warned about this dealership experience but didn’t believe it until I experienced it. Service manager is great to talk and work with, its too bad the sales personnel don’t follow his customer satisfaction skills. More
