HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP I would give it 0 stars if I could. Don`t waste your time going there. They are ripping people off as much as they can. Came today to test drive brand I would give it 0 stars if I could. Don`t waste your time going there. They are ripping people off as much as they can. Came today to test drive brand new Chevy Spark. Right after my husband turned the car on A/C started leaking on my husbands foot THE SAME SECOND! Originally we wanted to trade in our Chevy Impala 2006 and get new Chevy Spark. KBB says the value for our car in our condition is between $3100 to $5100. On top of that we said we will pay the rest in cash if they give us a good deal. Keith (sales man) said not to worry he will give us a good deal. 10 min later he comes back saying that if we trade in our car+pay cash+sign up for some kind of credit union for which we have to pay $20 to sign up he will give us $1000 discount for the car!!! I was so shocked I couldn`t say a single word!! Then my husband said that KBB value is between $3100 to $5100. So Keith suggested us to get a check from KBB in this case! SHAME ON YOU GUYS! More

A few weeks ago I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze and I have to say Muzi exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I had an awful experience a few days prior to going to Muzi and I thought the whole car buyi say Muzi exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I had an awful experience a few days prior to going to Muzi and I thought the whole car buying process would be painful. I quickly changed that mindset as soon as I met the staff at Muzi. They were so pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. My boyfriend was with me throughout the entire time I was buying my car and even he said the staff is exceptional. Not only did I buy a car I am in love with, they got a future customer out of him. I highly recommend them! You will leave with a smile :) More

I wanted to surprise my wife with a new car for our anniversary. I had never done it, so I was a bit nervous. When I first walked on the lot, I was welcomed by Anthony who was excited to help me fi anniversary. I had never done it, so I was a bit nervous. When I first walked on the lot, I was welcomed by Anthony who was excited to help me find the right car, and not just shove a car down my throat that didn't meet my needs. I have bought from other dealers in the past and swore that I would not do it again. This experience really made me realize that not all dealerships are terrible! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was in and out a lot faster than I thought I would be, which made my day! I will buy my next truck from these guys, no question about that! I owed more on the loan than the insurance covered.As a result of being laid off three times in the last 7 years my credit was sub par.Two other major dealers I visited didn't even want to try and earn my business. Wally and Peter never gave up. They kept working and working to get me approved for a new car loan and even negotiated with GM to work out a deal on the money I owed on my previous car. Simply put they bailed me out of a difficult situation and sold me a new Chevy at a good price and an excellent interest rate. They have earned a customer for life. More
