However, my experience with Tom Wilson at the Muzi Chevrolet Dealership just that...fantastic! I came into this knowing exactly what I wanted to buy and I had a firm budget. I had been to four dealerships before I went to Muzi looking for a new 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. Pushy salesmen, terrible customer service, and small inventories made me have second thoughts about buying a car. I figured I would give it one last try and went to Muzi. I was cheerfully greeted upon arrival and the rest of the staff was helpful and polite. Customer service was second-to-none. Tom Wilson volunteered to show me the Equinoxes they has in stock. Tom was so professional, thorough, and knowledgeable and I really felt like I had a choice in the matter. He found the Equinox I was hoping for with all of the amenities that I desired. I bought my Equinox within my budget without a lot of salesman fluff. Thanks, Tom for making my car buying experience an excellent one! More
