They told me this after they wasted my time checking out my trade-in and offering me $5K less than other dealers. Very under-handed and unethical. They sold my car after I signed contract/paid deposit I paid a deposit on a used car and Muzi agreed I could have my mechanic inspect it before taking delivery. The next day I learned my mechanic was on a week's vacation and the salesman said no problem, they'd move the car off the sales line and wait for mechanic to return. To my surprise three days later my car appeared on Muzi's website at a lower price than the sales contract I signed. A very clear example of bait and switch advertising since the car had already been sold to me. My mechanic returned from vacation, inspected the car and within two business days I called to take delivery. When I called to schedule delivery Muzi told me they sold my car to someone else. When I went to the dealership to investigate/complain they said my salesman and sales manager had both recently quit and there was nothing they could do for me. I would stay as far away from this dealership as possible. More
