Muzi and its capable team located the very specific vehicle that I wanted and had it delivered from another state, making me a very satisfied customer! All employees that I dealt with were great, but I have to single out Rob Roderick for his extensive automotive (I bought a Suburban) knowledge and patience and willingness to educate me on every aspect of my new vehicle. Started out good...went downhill from there -They asked me to come back to the dealership to resign paperwork so I could be put first on the loan, and my wife as a cosigner. When I arrived at the dealership to re-sign the paperwork, they had put in a $2000 vehicle service contract that they had not asked my permission to include, and were most likely hoping I did not notice before signing. -Despite purchasing the truck over two weeks ago, and requesting over 9 times to both my sales person (Tony) and their accounting office, to date, I have still not received the carbon copy of the contract that I signed (which is legally required to be provided to me by the way). I am not sure why they are not providing me a copy of the agreement, but it is highly suspicious to me -They have still not provided me the promised reimbursement for the inspection sticker that I obtained. I got the truck inspected in my area, so I did not have to travel all the way down there, and I emailed them the receipt (and confirmed they received the email). They were then supposed to send me a check reimbursing me the inspection fee. Seemed like nice guys at first, ended up being just another inefficient, poor communicating, dysfunctional dealership (like the 5000 others we have all dealt with over the years) More
