The only thing they proposed to me is that I convert the truck into a new one, taking a loss of more than twenty thousand dollars, so they will sell my chronically defective truck to someone else and hope that someone else doesn't complain. . We have a 2022 RAM 1500 Limited with less than 30k miles that has a key that will not work. I stopped by the service department to see if they could help me figure out what was wrong and the guy (dark hair that has a key that will not work. I tried to ask him questions and he continued to point at the sign and say there’s a $189.99 diagnostic fee with out listening to the problem. I was about to give up so I asked how much a new key would cost, and he pointed at the parts department while saying “Ask the parts department.”. I took my keys and left, and I will NEVER use MURRAY Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Starke FL. This was the rudest and only interaction I’ve had with this dealership, and honestly the last! ( I called Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and they helped me trouble shoot the issue in 3 mins over the phone!) More
