Hunter Mai did exceptional job getting the vehicle I want gave me great value on my tradeFinancing dept Director Finance lousy job on following up with in getting me contracts Had constantly call when me as customer shouldnt had reach that many times Getting payoff info not done properly Dawn of accounting did exceptional job once I called about payoff check to my Credit Union gave me tracking number stated be there next day by 12 She should be highly commended on her professionalism My salesmen lousy had keep calling him ensure things done Was done in poor taste Once vehicle was delivered my salesman never checked see if things were okay or anyone for that matter Sales experience was poor GM Hunter Mai I’m sure very busy but probably tasked his people keep track with me never done My experience with everyone was poor with exception of Hunter & Dawn in Acct Dept Note to Self if I was buy from this dealership again it would be strictly thru GM not sales person I been buy vehicles for 40 yrs 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Hunter & Dawn
