Murray Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

My experience with Murray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was extremely disappointing. During the purchase process of 2 RAM, a 3500 and a 1500, the dealership's sales manager specifically offered us two months extremely disappointing. During the purchase process of 2 RAM, a 3500 and a 1500, the dealership's sales manager specifically offered us two months with no vehicle payments as part of the deal. However, when the paperwork was finalized, the contract reflected only one month. We brought this discrepancy to the dealership's attention because it did not match what had been promised by management. Instead of working toward a resolution, communication became increasingly difficult. Our calls were repeatedly ignored, and it felt like every attempt to discuss the issue was avoided. Rather than addressing our concerns or attempting to resolve the matter, we were simply told that if we wanted to pursue the issue further, we would need to speak with their lawyers. Customer service should not end once the paperwork is signed. If a dealership makes an offer during the sales process, customers should be able to trust that it will be honored or, at the very least, that the dealership will make a good-faith effort to resolve any discrepancies. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Based on our experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to carefully review every document before signing and ensure that all promises made by the sales staff or management are included in the written contract. I will absolutely come back if I ever get a new truck, but the one I got I love! Also WAY better than garber where I got my last truck, which was my worst experience ever!
