He brought several different Ford Explorers to the outside of the showroom area and I test drove one of the models. I was very impressed with Adrien's knowledge about the entire vehicle but most especially about the Sync technology and what the vehicle could offer to me since I travel a lot by myself. I had a 2004 GMC Envoy as a trade-in and we also worked with John to reach a mutually agreeable amount for the trade-in. There were several things that needed to be done for which I received "We Owe" paperwork and the work was done promptly the following week. I have already had the Explorer on one long trip to the Poconos and I am still learning about some of the entertainment offerings and the navigation system. I am very pleased with the Explorer and know that if I have any questions or concerns, I can contact Adrien, stop in to see him, and he can show me how to do some of the things I can't figure out by reading the manual. I have purchased a few cars from Murphy Ford in the past. My most recent purchase needs were by far the most demanding. Just when I thought all options had been exhausted, Sean presented me with another model car that I'd never thought about but, in fact did have the options to fit my needs. Another snag, Murphy did not have that model car with the options I was looking for on the lot. No worries becuase Sean and Keith didn't miss a beat and searched high and low for the exact car I was looking for and within a DAY faxed me the sticker of a match. Once I agreed, they put the car on a truck and had it shipped to Murphy! It was not an easy decision to buy a car site unseen but Sean handled everything like a pro and always with a smile and Keith's leadership was soothing. My husband and I found the car we were looking for on Murphy Ford's web page. In the past, we were not familiar with this dealership. We went the next day and were greated by Vince Northington. Any question we asked, (and there were so many) was answered by Vince. He was very knowledgeable about the car in which we were interested. Keith Mills in finance was also extremely efficient and professional. The following day, after our purchase, Vince phoned to see if everything was okay. Since our car did not come with an Owners Manuel, Vince said if we had any questions, to please feel free to come in or call and he would help. Overall it was a very good experience but not great. Don was terrific in every way. He was friendly, informative & not super aggressive like many other salesman.
