I actually stopped at Murphy Ford to look at a used vehicle that was advertised on the Internet. Upon arrival, my wife and I were greeted by the Internet sales rep and were turned over to Adrien Moore vehicle that was advertised on the Internet. After finding out that the vehicle I was there for was sold the previous night, I was ready to leave. After a brief discussion with Adrien, he convinced me to look at a couple similar vehicles. I saw a few vehicles that were priced a little more than I wanted to spend for a used vehicle. Anyway,on the way back to the showroom, Adrien and I looked at a few new vehicles that I assumed were way out of my price range. He explained to me that he can work with me a lot more on a new vehicle and that Ford has some good incentives right now. So he went to work... OK- I will have to say that I never thought that I would be driving away in a new truck, but through his (Adrien's) diligent efforts, he was able to get the price down to just a little more than I wanted to spend on a used vehicle. WOW!!! I was shocked, but made the right decision I hope and drove away in a new truck. If it were not for Adriens professionlism and effort, I likely would have walked out when the vehicle I came to look at was gone. KUDO's to Adrien and his efforts to generate sales for the dealership, keep the customer happy, and create a positive experience for me in the purchase of a new vehicle. THANKS!!! More

Vince was great until he made the sale. After I purhased my car from murphy ford and was having problems and isuue Vince was unable to help me. They directed me to Chyrsler dealership the nearest one to me is an hour away. Murphy Ford will never get my money again. I will go out of my way next time to purchase a car. More

If itwas not for i would not go to murphy ford for service. I had a bad experiance with the service manager with my latest truck. As for salespeople are concerned Don is a real sales person tells you like it is. I was ready to go to another dealer for service until Don acted as a go between between service manager and myself .Once the story was known i could deal with it. why are stories necessary when there is a problem. the problem was not murphy ford but ford motor co. I was looking for a new Ford Focus and originally went to the Ford dealer in Woodbury, NJ. They weren't very helpful in trying to find the car that I wanted. Instead, I went to Murphy Ford, which was just ov the Ford dealer in Woodbury, NJ. They weren't very helpful in trying to find the car that I wanted. Instead, I went to Murphy Ford, which was just over the Commodore Barry Bridge and worked with James McQuoid, who was very helpful in finding me a car and getting me a fair price. I would definitely consider purchasing my next car from Murphy Ford and James. In addition, I will be having my car's regular maintenance completed at Murphy Ford since they offer free tires for life if you have the car maintained at the dealership. Thanks James! More
