Blue Lightning I travel a lot going back and forth to work and I needed a good reliable car. My previous car, a manual 2006 Ford Fusion with 228,00 miles on it was I travel a lot going back and forth to work and I needed a good reliable car. My previous car, a manual 2006 Ford Fusion with 228,00 miles on it was hard to part with because after ten years, it was still performing. But to be safe, I knew it was time to get a new car. I decided to honor my old car by buying a new Ford Fusion going back to the same dealership that sold me my first one. That decision was encouraged by Keith Mills and Vince Northington, two sales employees at Murphy Ford who greeted me as I walked into the dealership on December 30, 2016. They loved my story. Vince Northington took me on two test rides with the new Fusions. Keith Mills explained the offers available to me and went over my color choices. Once I saw that Blue Lightning, my decision was made. Between the both of them, they were very courteous and professional listening to me as I explained what I was looking for. Great Help Called Murphys first to stop by and look at their selection of mustangs. On the way there I stopped by another Ford Dealership and tried getting a gre Called Murphys first to stop by and look at their selection of mustangs. On the way there I stopped by another Ford Dealership and tried getting a great deal there. It was horrible dealing with them, you could tell they didn't want to give you the great deal or take you seriously. Took a step outside called Murphys, told them the offer they were giving us and asked if they could beat it. They gave me a terrific deal. Left the dealership to go to Murphys, talked to Vince who gave us the rough quote over the phone. Helped us get to/around the price range. Issues came up the first day regarding insurance and other personal stuff. Vince was nice enough to realize the issues that came up, held the same deal till we got everything settled. Next day showed up, he had the same deal, paperwork ready, car ready, and we were off with the new Mustang! Great Sales team! Shout out to Latoya (hopefully I spelled her name right) She saw my inquiry at first through TrueCar and wasn't pushy when calling. Murphys Ford was a really nice small friendly environment.
