Very clean and well managed dealership. I was in for an oil change and it was on a first come, first served. She had told me it would be about 1 1/2 hour wait. So I waited and my car was ready just shy of oil change and it was on a first come, first served. She had told me it would be about 1 1/2 hour wait. almost perfect i left a voice mail to schedule my service but never go a call back -- i went and booked on line. Boris is/was amazing!!! however parts sent him the wrong part so now i have to go back for a second time. my vehicle feels great! will go back for Boris. did not like the not calling back and the going back b/c someone sent the wrong part. i understand human error and the pandemic situation and all.. this is why i do not give it 5 stars... this is not reflective of Boris and how he took care of me and me vehicle.
