Boris and Laverne were both very attentive, professional, courteous and efficient during my last 2 service visits. I have had my Ford Escape in for service several times since purchasing it at Fox Ford. Whe courteous and efficient during my last 2 service visits. I have had my Ford Escape in for service several times since purchasing it at Fox Ford. When I am working with Boris, the service is great. I do however have difficulty getting appointments set up. That is how Laverne got involved, I left a message after a week of trying to contact service saying that I was unable to reach anyone. That is when Laverne stepped in returned my call and helped to get things going. Now that I have direct contact information for Boris, that seems to be helpful. Boris went above and beyond addressing my service issues. Whether I was waiting or left the car with him, service was complete earlier than expected both times. I was about to find a different place to get my Ford serviced, but Boris has turned me around. I will continue to work with Fox Ford Service if this improvement in service is maintained. More

Unfortunately, it has come to this point that I must publicly share my experience with Fox Ford Lincoln. It's important to note - that I've been a customer of this dealership for the last few years. Around 2018 I started to experience significant issues and disorganization amongst their team. Some of the issues in the past were (1) brought vehicle in for 4 tires, got charged for 4 - left with only 2 on the vehicle and had to return to remedy. (2) oil-change was incomplete and fluids were never topped off per The Works package (3) made appointments online and would show up only having to wait as they did not have my appointment on the books even though I received a confirmation (4) an oil change at one point took 2.5hrs regardless of booking an appointment all while the staff at the dealership was seen monkeying around and not servicing vehicles. The issues become so frequent (and I was not the only one feeling this way) that they replaced the Service Manager and various other roles in an attempt to rectify their severely failing customer service approach. After promises to "do better" with the new team in place - I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to have my vehicles serviced. In 2019 - my oil pan on my Ford Edge was replaced THREE times - because they could not get it right, regardless of the clear and precise instructions Ford provided to the tech. This year I brought in my 2019 Ford Edge ST for various concerns - while some were remedied the entire experience was horrible. After replacing two tires, they did not weight them properly and my vehicle was shaking on the highway (vibrating) causing me to again return to the dealership. The RDU on my car was blown and they informed me that the rear wheels should be replaced as well considering it is an AWD vehicle (this did not seem accurate as the technician stated the rear wheels were fine). However, with 23k miles on the car I decided to replace the rear tires. What happens? The vehicle is now mis-aligned. Additionally, they replaced my wheels with tire lube all on the rims - which is very difficult to remove and did not offer any kind of remedy, compensation, or care. If it can get worse - they also scratched the rim (as if it were dropped) and I had to point this out to them to fix. Reluctantly, it was done. Without going into further detail it comes down to this - this dealership has failed. Over the years, regardless of what team is in place, and who is in charge - the dealership has failed. I have spent countless hours waiting, returning due to faulty/careless work, and they have offered me NOTHING in return. It's justifiable for a customer to expect their vehicle to be properly cared for on a level that one would expect when bringing their car to a certified dealership. If they did a job wrong, it should be rectified. After bringing this up to the dealership the Service Manager (Steve) and his supervisor - called me on a conference call and blatantly stated "we no longer wish to work with you or your vehicle" basically banning me from their dealership. Instead of fixing their mistakes they're taking the low way out and in a childish manner at that. I have included some photos below that prove some of the things stated above. IT IS IMPORTANT TO READ OTHER (1) STAR REVIEWS AS THEY ARE VERY SIMILAR TO MY EXPERIANCE. This dealership should be ashamed at how they treat their customers and when things get too difficult they decide to run and flee - versus taking the high ground. I should never have given them another shot since 2018 when issues started to occur. Trust your gut the first time. Lastly, Jason O - the General Manager deflects behind his team - refuses to answer e-mails - and they say that good leadership starts from the top and trickles down. I have utilized Fox Ford for several years to service my vehicles. The service department has always provided excellent service. Service was efficient & finished ahead of time. Waiting area is very inviting & comfortable. Do wish the former use of paper floor-mats would continue. Hard not to contaminate a light-colored interior w area is very inviting & comfortable. Do wish the former use of paper floor-mats would continue. Hard not to contaminate a light-colored interior with shop-dust or soiling. Have to always clean the floor mats after visiting. Best coffee maker is going again, waiting for the hot-cookies again. All in all, very calm & respectful. More
