Chris Kassinger, who is a mechanic in your shop, is a friend of my husband's, and he recommended we come in and look at cars on the Dave Mungenast lot. However, Gordon suggested we drive a Camry to see how we liked it, and we agreed, mainly because we didn't want to be rude. We liked it quite a bit when drove it, but were still interested in looking at other cars. Gordon made us an offer that was very good, and we told him we would shop around and get back to him the next day. We looked at a Kia Optima and a Chevy Malibu, and liked both of them pretty well, but neither company could come close to the deal Gordon put on the table. Also, we considered Toyota's reputation for dependability and for resale value. Those factors, combined with the exceptional offer, led us to a decision for the Camry. My husband called Gordon right at 6 pm, which was Gordon's quitting time..."he said come on up, we'll wait for you!" He and Tim Wagner stayed better than 2 hours after his quitting time and got the paperwork done!
