Frustrating experience I tried hard to buy a Jetta from Randy. Really I did. I wanted to buy from Muller. I had a good experience buying at Muller in the past. I spent a hour and a half in the dealership negotiating only to find that they could not move on price. Which was fine. I certainly understand when someone has to meet their goals and cannot come down. What was frustrating to me was that Muller then came down...the next day after I had already committed to buying elsewhere. Why couldn't they have done that 15 hours earlier? I would have happily bought at Muller. I do not think it was Randy. It was the manager behind Randy who never came and introduced himself/herself. More
