Just bought the 2021 Subaru Forester and picked it up last week. The salesman Nick was great to work with and when he wasn't available Nazar Martyniouk was right there to step in and help us to finalize last week. The salesman Nick was great to work with and when he wasn't available Nazar Martyniouk was right there to step in and help us to finalize the deal. The car came in earlier than expected and that made it even better. We went to pick it up and Nick explained how to work all the new gadgets in the car. MY EXPERIENCES AT THIS DEALERSHIP WERE MIXED, MORE NEGATIVE THAN POSITIVE. WE MET WITH WALLY PINSTNIK THEIR PRODUCT MANAGER/SALESMAN ON 10-9-20. WALLY WAS A NICE AND FRIENDLY PERSON, BUT WAS OBVIIO NEGATIVE THAN POSITIVE. WE MET WITH WALLY PINSTNIK THEIR PRODUCT MANAGER/SALESMAN ON 10-9-20. WALLY WAS A NICE AND FRIENDLY PERSON, BUT WAS OBVIIOUSLY A LOYAL COMPANY MAN. THE VEHICLE WE CAME TO PURCHASE WAS A 2017 SUBARU OUTBACK, WHICH WAS NICE AND AS DESCRIBED, BUT NOT SPECTACULAR OR UNIQUE. THE FIRST NEGATIVE FLAG WAS WHEN I WAS OFFERED AN OUTLANDISHLY LOWBALL TRADE IN VALUE FOR MY CAR. IT SEEMED TO ME THAT THE DEALERSHIP WANTED TO MAKE A KILLING SELLING IT. THEY NIT-PICKED THE CAR SAYING THERE WAS A SLIGHT TEAR IN THE DRIVER SEAT AND THERE WERE SEVERAL BARLEY VISIBLE SCRATCHES ON THE REAR FENDER. THE CAR WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE NEXT NEGATIVE FLAG WAS THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE. PRIOR TO TRAVELING TO THE DEALERSHIP I HAD CONTACTED THEIR SALES ASSOCIATE, JOSEPH LEE, ASKING HIM IF THE PRICE WAS NEGOTIONABLE AND HE INDICATED THAT IT WAS. HOWEVER THIS WAS NOT TRUE. WHEN WALLY SHOWED ME THE FINAL PRICE OF THE VEHICLE, HE WOULD NOT NEGOTIATE. HE DID THE USUAL WALK TO HIS SALES MANAGER AND CAME BACK, SAID NO NEGOTIATION. I MADE TWO OFFERS FOR THE CAR BUT THEY STOOD FIRM, NO NEGOTIATION. IT FELT LIKE A “FLIM-FLAM” COME ON DEAL, TELL THE CUSTOMER ANYTHING JUST TO GET HIM INTO THE DEALERSHIP. SO, IF YOU WANT A REASONABLE TRADE IN FOR YOUR CAR AND A GOOD DEAL ON A SALE, DON'T COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP, GO ELSEWHERE. THERE ARE HUNDEREDS OF SUBARUS OUT IN THE MARKETPLACE FOR YOU TO GET A BETTER DEAL. GO ON LINE AND CHECK THEM OUT. THIS DEALERSHIP BROKE A CARDINAL RULE OF SELLING, “NEVER LET A GUARANTEED SALE WALK OUT THE DOOR” THEY DID AND WE WALKED OUT THE DOOR AND THEY LOST A SALE. BY THE WAY, THE CARGURU SITE ON THE INTERNET GAVE THIS CAR ONLY A FAIR DEAL RATING, INSTEAD OF A GOOD OR GREAT DEAL, AND THE CAR HAS BEEN SITTING ON THEIR LOT FOR OVER 5 WEELKS, MUST BE SOMETHING WRONG HERE. AND DON'T BELIEVE THE DEALERSHIPS RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW IF THEY GIVE ONE, BECAUSE IT WILL ALL BE A BUNCH OF NONSENCE. I NOTICED THAT THIS DEALERSHIP HAS AN AWFUL LOT OF DO NOT RECOMMEND REVIEWS, NO WONDER. More
First new car! 2020 Outback I'm 41. I've always bought used cars, so I was pretty nervous doing a lease on a new vehicle. I went to Muller and everything was a breeze. Jeff helpe I'm 41. I've always bought used cars, so I was pretty nervous doing a lease on a new vehicle. I went to Muller and everything was a breeze. Jeff helped me, answered all of my questions (including how a CVT works vs. a traditional transmission), and was altogether wonderful to work with - even when I changed my mind on color and they had to get another car ready. Asim in finance was super helpful and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing anything extra, and the manager Harry popped by to welcome me in. This was a wonderful experience and I appreciate the whole team! More
