Doug Bloomer assisted me in finding the right car. We took the Altima out for a test drive and it was great. When it came to number crunching, it turned out it was going to be too much. He then got the Sentra and let me test drive that car. The Sentra was not the car for me, the Altima was. Doug and Roman were more than helpful and we were able to make it work. I love driving the Altima and the fuel efficiency is amazing! More

To begin with, the service area at this dealership was very welcoming and clean. I trusted handing my car keys off and waiting comfortably for them to do their work. Ryan Crawley assisted me and really explained what was being done and what else needed to be done. He answered my questions and showed patience with some of my lack in understanding. He knows what he is talking about and that made me feel even more comfortable bringing my car in. I was never interested in bringing my car to a dealership because I always thought between the sales department and "dealer stigma" that I'd be uncomfortable or reeled in to trading my car in for a newer/better model. Neither of which were close to true. Ryan really was a great face of the department and I will be back indefinitely. Thanks! More

Doug Bloomer (Sales) & Roman (Manager) are top notch!!! I wish to briefly share my recent experience in leasing a car from Muller Nissan. After an exhaustive search among 5 dealers within the same product I wish to briefly share my recent experience in leasing a car from Muller Nissan. After an exhaustive search among 5 dealers within the same product class, I received the best bang for the buck through Muller. I had a 2004 Nissan Quest w/92.5K miles and badly in need of retirement. After test driving 5 other similar models across the brands, I settled on the 2015 Nissan Platinum Pathfinder (a real find, I might add). Superior to all the other brands in style, design, technology and overall comfort/versatility, this is my dream car. I loved it from the moment I test drove it and all others paled in comparison. Though a bit out of my price range, Nissan was offering some fairly aggressive incentives. Together with a fair trade of my Quest, I was able to arrive at a manageable price. My sales experience was excellent. I first worked with Doug Bloomer, a charming and professional salesman with years of industry experience (not someone right out of training school). He was quick to assess my needs so he could properly align me with the correct car. He took time to understand my budget limits. He had excellent follow up and kept tabs on me with occasional calls (nothing over the top, I did NOT feel hounded). Roman, the Manager of Muller Nissan was also excellent to work with. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about every detail of every model in Nissan's line and was able to talk extensively about Pathfinder's accoutrements. He worked hard to make the best deal I could afford. Subsequent to my purchase of the Pathfinder, my husband was in desperate need of a new car as well. His story is similar to mine (and I won't bore you with the details), but suffice it to say, he shopped for over a year and ultimately settled his 2nd Nissan Murano...Need I say more? As a family, this is our 4th Nissan in 11 years. (Oh, I might add, my husband also drove a Maxima and 300ZX, back in the day!). I had been a customer at the former North Shore Nissan in Highland Park for many years, having previously purchased 4 cars there over 25 years (1 Maxima, 2 Quests and 1 Murano). Clearly, I was a repeat custo Highland Park for many years, having previously purchased 4 cars there over 25 years (1 Maxima, 2 Quests and 1 Murano). Clearly, I was a repeat customer who felt very comfortable working with Ron Allen and John Costello. About a year ago, I went back to the dealership (as I was interested in purchasing a new Maxima) only to learn that the employees who knew me and who I trusted were gone. I asked about these people who had become my friends and it bothered me when one of the owners wouldn't answer my questions about Ron and John... and then tried to push a car on me. Didn't he realize that trusting relationships can get developed over the years? In addition, over this past summer, I wasn't feeling very good about my experience with the service manager. And so for the past year, I decided to stay away from the Mullers when I was thinking about getting a new car. Last week, though, I returned back because a Nissan was what I really wanted. I was fine with buying a Nissan through another dealership but I thought that it was only right to give Muller Nissan another chance. Everyone deserves a second chance. Perhaps the owner had had a "bad day" when I walked in last year and didn't realize that his personality had grated on me. My wife told me that the Service Department personnel had changed and she really liked the two new gentlemen working there now. When I came back last week, I met with Eugene Fridlyand as my Sales Representative and instantly felt comfortable with this man. Not pushy... understood my feelings... knowledgeable and informative... very likeable, willing to do whatever he could for me. When I returned the next day to take a test drive, Eugene was busy. I was fine with the fact that he had another customer to see (a Sales Person can't be in two places at the same time) and so a man named Micheck went for the test drive with me. I instantly felt comfortable with him and with his honesty. I talked with Eugene after my test drive, made my decision about color and finalized my purchase two days later. I then worked with Al Svita in financing. As far as I am concerned, he went "above and beyond" for me. Again, I connected with this man too. There was a minor delay, but I had no problem with it. Al's professionalism and offer to help me out with something allowed me to be understanding. If people treat me well, I'll stand by them too. I am extremely pleased with the purchase of my 2014 Maxima (it's a great car and I had great incentives) and I'm extremely pleased with my recent experience at Muller Nissan. Eugene Fridlyand and Al Svita brought me back to this dealership. I'm told that the owners here treat their employees well (something important to me) so maybe I need to reconsider my first perception about the owner. Hold onto Gene and Al. They represent your dealership well and brought back a regular customer. More

Nazar even walked me through the facility and introduced me to the personal and Service Dept.staff. This will help alot upon my servicing scheduling and car maintenance in the future. Jeff and Owner Mr. Muller, himself offered assistance. I found their assistance and hospitality and great comfort and relief through the transaction. Thank you to all the Staff at Muller Nissan !!!
