Not only did he shop a fabulous deal for us but he had everything ready for us when we arrived. Todd had us driving out of the lot pleased with the whole experience. There was no pressure and we got what we wanted. Al Silva, too, was efficient, but thorough as we completed the financial portion of our purchase with him. There is not much I can say about the employees at Muller Nissan that would do them justice. Friendly, professional, courteous, and over all great. When a team, like Muller Nissan has, is in question writing a review is the least someone can do because I don't think even Nissan knows what awesome people work at this particular location. Roman, Chris, Doug and Al were extremely helpful and nice, as were all of the other employees. I chose the Sentra S at first and when I came to pick it up I decided to go with the Sentra SR because you just know when you see your perfect car. Everything was explained to me to the smallest detail. I would always recommend going to Muller Nissan if you want a great car buying experience where you get an awesome deal and an amazing, reliable, and safe car. Here you can only give 5 starts, but Muller Nissan and Roman, Chris, Doug and Al deserve way more. My husband will be arriving in the states soon, and then I am going back to Muller Nissan to buy another... most likely the beautiful Nissan Maxima. :) More
