The Finance Manager, Ethan Hickman, tries to flirt the whole time and flys through the paperwork saying “oh this just says XYZ, sign here.” He also lets you choose between a 2 or 3 year warranty package, but doesn’t communicate how much that warranty is actually costing you in the end. I will gladly recommend working with Yaniel and Neftaly to people. However, I was not a fan of how Ethan does business. More
