I was hoping I wouldn't have to post this, but unfortunately our total experience didn't go well. My Wife and I worked with Randy and Ethan(which were both very helpful). We bought a SUV that I di unfortunately our total experience didn't go well. My Wife and I worked with Randy and Ethan(which were both very helpful). We bought a SUV that I discovered had a leaking sunroof after a test drive. I knew this could be an issues due to past experience with the brand. They agreed to fix the issue and apply the Zurich Shield when we purchased. I bought the Extended warranty and even financed so that we could get a better deal than the Cash offer. 5 Days later the Fan shroud goes bad and begins to knock. My Wife called to schedule an appointment and the Service center was rude with her when she was just trying to get it scheduled. They couldn't look at the issue for 5 days, when we finally got it scheduled we decided to have them fix the roof leak and apply the shield while it was there. Josh at the service center was very helpful and attempted to file the repair under the warranty but it was ultimately denied. I called and left voicemails with the Sales manager and GM over the course of 3 days and never got a response. I was told by several employees that management would reach out. I ultimately told the service center to repair the SUV which would cost 1K out of pocket. I did receive a call from the Finance manager that was ultimately unable to do anything to assist us. Service center was able to save us $100 dollars when we picked it up. I was not looking for them to cover all the costs, but at minimum I expected a return call from someone in management and an opportunity to discuss the situation. I am a return buyer, this was the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from this location. This poor experience is enough to ensure this will be the last vehicle I purchase from them. More
