Don't let a a few bogus reviews put you off! After many recommendations, we finally got around to doing business with mtn view 153. It wasn't originally in our game plan to get my wife a new car, we had been looking for myself, but the 2014 Buick they had was priced almost 4,000 below blue book! My wife had been dying to get in one and after test driving one myself we had to go see the one there. Well immediately we saw it was a great car. They also offered far more for our trade in then we ever expected. We worked with Jace, he was great. They had everything worked out for us and moved extremely quick for a Saturday afternoon. Want a great car, no pressure buying, great salespeople, head on over to mtn view 153! You won't think twice! More

Church Van Attempt To Purchase My dad saw a church van in the parking lot of Mtn View at 153, called and asked if we were still looking. Took a picture of the price on the window w My dad saw a church van in the parking lot of Mtn View at 153, called and asked if we were still looking. Took a picture of the price on the window which was $18, 995. People from my church went down to look and the price on the window was $22,995. I called the Sales Manager and her replied that $18,995 was never the price and that my dad must have been at wrong dealership. I told my father who went back to the dealership and found the salesman he had talked to who ADMITTED to writing the $18,995 on the window BUT the OWNER came by and said they were not selling it for that price. No need to give me false information, just be honest. This was for a non profit church use. I will make sure and tell everyone about my experience. More

I also came in with 3 kids and they were so nice and really went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. We came in with a preapproved loan and were in and out in an hour! Best experience with a dealership so far! More

Friendly, but over priced by Kbb.com & nada.com Good selection, friendly staff, but every vehicle we looked at was $2-3000 more than it should have been. They are just like the other dealers, only in it for the money. They use edmonds, truecars, and other inflated sales tactics to prove their price is reasonable, but if you look at kbb or nada's clean trade prices, they have that or less in each vehicle. Go to a reputable dealer and buy certified preowned. At least they will stand behind their vehicles and give you a better price than sticker. More
Sold us a wrecked SUV and lied They sold my wife and I a wrecked SUV BUT provided paperwork showing NO wrecks and ONLY one owner. The car had two previous owners and was involved in a rear end collision according to a Carfax report we obtained. We started having water leak issues with the trunk shortly after purchasing. We spent $357 fixing this issue obviously stemming from the rear end collision NOT reported in their bogus and fraudulent report provided when purchased. Ray Standefer and Randy Long were out right rude when we presented them with evidence of the SUV being wrecked. The WORST customer service I've experienced in my entire life. We simply wanted Mtn. view @153 to make things right. Ray Standefer approached me outside yelling at me what my problem was, my problem is that Mtn View @153 boldly lied to us and sold us a wrecked SUV and wouldn't at the very least reimburse the $357 we paid to correct water leak issues. Stay away from this dealership! They have no integrity and are in the business of lying to customers. More
Great car, great price, great experience! I recently purchased a Hyundai Genesis at Mtn. View @153 and I am very pleased with the whole experience. The whole process took less than 3 hours fro I recently purchased a Hyundai Genesis at Mtn. View @153 and I am very pleased with the whole experience. The whole process took less than 3 hours from driving on the lot to driving off the lot with my purchase. Mr. Chastain made my wife and I feel at home as soon as he greeted us. He was very well informed of the vehicles on the lot, but was not pushy, and let us look around on our own. After a few minutes we found a vehicle that we liked that was priced way below market value, but was in excellent condition. After the test drive, we were shown the True Car report on the vehicle by Mr. Chastain and he explained all of the past history of the car as shown on the report and was very helpful to show the features on the car. Once we entered the office, the trade in appraisal process went by quickly, and we were offered a fair price for our trade in. Once we agreed on the final transaction, we were quickly led to the finance office, where several payment and warranty options were explained to us. We were not pressured in any way, and the paperwork processing went by quickly and efficiently. By the time we finished the paperwork, the car was ready for us to drive home. We were really impressed at the efficiency of the whole process, and are very happy with our purchase. I have purchased many, many cars in my lifetime, and this purchase experience was the best I have experienced! I normally don't do reviews like this, but I felt the dealership really deserved the recognition. I really liked the relaxed and polite atmosphere. More
Making a profit was more important than satisfying customer. Salesman dishonest with pricing because 2 months after my purchase they advertised same vehicle for thousands less than what I paid for. I customer. Salesman dishonest with pricing because 2 months after my purchase they advertised same vehicle for thousands less than what I paid for. I couldn't trade vehicle without taking a huge loss. Very dissappointed in entire experience. If a company has to have your purchase transaction "videotaped"....in order to "protect" themselves....there must be a bad history...run somewhere else.... More
